Introducing our latest hearing consultation service, designed for those who have obtained hearing aids from various sources or have recently joined our local community and are uncertain about the condition of their aids, including potential repairs or servicing. For this appointment, we kindly request you to bring all relevant information about your hearing aids. The consultation fee is £35.

Ensuring your complete satisfaction with your new hearing aids is our foremost concern. In the rare event that your hearing aid(s) fall short of your expectations or fail to provide the desired benefits, you have the option to return them within the specified return period. We will issue a full refund, with a deduction of our standard administrative fee of £220, which will be invoiced at this stage.

This fee covers the initial fitting of the hearing aids, follow-up appointments, trial management, and the provision of consumables like moulds and batteries. It’s important to note that this fee applies per customer, not per hearing aid. You’ll only incur this charge once, even if you decide to explore multiple hearing aids.
